Once considered shockingly gruesome, now just good for a laugh: mildly enjoyable, low-budget American rubbish about a mad scientist who assembles the ultimate juvenile delinquent. It contains the classic line: "Answer me! I know you've got a civil tongue in your head because I sewed it there myself!"
