A miser (Donald Duck) repents.

The release of this cartoon in 1983 marked the return of Mickey Mouse to the big screen after a 31-year absence. It was also one of the first signs that the Disney studio was rediscovering the brilliant form of its heyday.
It’s not as magical or scary as Dickens’s great ghost story (The Muppets’ Christmas Carol is more faithful to the Victorian spirit) , and at 26 minutes it might have been longer; but there’s plenty to amuse, and Donald’s uncle - Scrooge McDuck - is a great invention.
