W.C Fields
Actor, David Copperfield (1934)
Nothing in the world is going to make me praise or even approve of the Micawber of Mr W. C. Fields. Here I only see a brilliant low comedian dressed up in Micawber's toggery and exciting laughter by bringing to Micawber the qualities of Fields, the famous low comedian. Apart from Micawber, I think the picture is a good one.
