In a revue format, Donald Duck salutes South America (in keeping with US's "Good Neighbour" policy).

Pompously arty, shapeless Disney cartoon with an unconvincingly sunny view of South America. But there are moments of technical virtuosity; and modern film guides seem determined to rehabilitate the film as some kind of classic. The music, by Edward Plumb, Paul J. Smith, and Charles Wolcott, was Oscar-nominated.
