It’s never a good sign when so few people involved in a hit want to be involved with its sequel - or, in this case, prequel. But this rip-off is worse than you can possibly imagine. Not even Eugene Levy can save it. The young actors filling in for Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels give decent impersonations. The trouble is, they just aren’t funny.
