| The once promising American writer-director Hal Hartley continued his decline into modish minimalism with this flimsy farrago of hip non-characters posing in various trendy locations in New York, Berlin and Tokyo. A tale that was uninvolving and pointless the first time round becomes unendurable long before the end. |
