| More a collection of old comedy routines than a narrative; three scenes are from the 1925 Ziegfeld Follies, two are from a play The Comic Supplement , and the whole film is basically a remake of a 1925 Fields silent, It's The Old Army Game . Production values are far from high, but Fields is at his funniest and the sight-gags are hilarious, so who cares? |
